Drone Thermal Imaging
Thermal imagery can show what regular photos can't, revealing temperature differences across roofs, buildings, and property.
What thermal imaging shows
A thermal camera records heat instead of visible light. From the air, that can help highlight areas of a roof or building that are warmer or cooler than their surroundings, which may point to things worth a closer look. We pair thermal captures with standard photos so it's easy to see exactly where each area is.
Common uses
- Roof and building checks alongside a visual inspection
- Comparing conditions across large or flat roofs
- Property and structure overviews
- Other thermal projects by request, so ask us
Getting good results
Thermal imaging works best under the right conditions, so timing and weather matter. We'll talk through your goals and schedule the flight when conditions suit the job. Thermal imagery is a tool for spotting differences; a qualified roofer, inspector, or other professional should interpret the findings and recommend any repairs.
